01 Which plan is right for me?
If you want the lowest-risk, most cost-effective start — choose Done-for-You Cold Email at $500/month. If you want the most complete outbound system with LinkedIn, AI personalisation, and full appointment setting — choose Multi-Channel at $1,000/month. If you prefer to pay only when meetings are delivered, choose Pay-Per-Meeting. If you want to align our success entirely with yours, choose Commission-Based.
02 What does the $300/month tool fee cover in performance plans?
This covers the hard costs of running your campaigns: domain purchases, email account creation, authentication setup, outreach software subscriptions (Instantly.ai, HeyReach, ReachInbox), and email verification tools. These costs exist regardless of which plan you’re on — in the fixed monthly plans they’re bundled into the price; in performance plans they’re billed separately to keep the per-meeting or commission costs as low as possible.
03 Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees on any plan. The first month’s payment covers everything: domain purchase, email account creation, infrastructure setup, warm-up, ICP research, list building, and copy approval. You pay the first month and we handle everything from there.
04 Do you guarantee results?
We do not guarantee specific results on any of our pricing plans. Campaign performance depends on external factors outside our control — including your market, offer strength, brand reputation, and competitive landscape. No outreach agency can honestly promise a fixed number of meetings or closed deals, and we won’t either.
That said, our clients typically generate 10–15 qualified meetings per month and close 1–2 new clients monthly through our campaigns. We operate month-to-month on all plans so you can assess results for yourself each month without being locked in.
05 Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch pricing models at any time with 30 days’ notice. If you start on Cold Email and want to add LinkedIn outreach, you can move to Multi-Channel from the following month. We’ll discuss the right plan for you during your strategy call.
06 How long does it take to launch?
Approximately 10–14 days from sign-up. This covers: domain setup, email account creation, DNS authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), 14-day inbox warm-up, ICP research, list building, and email copy — which you approve before anything goes out. Most clients receive their first replies within the third week.
07 What happens if a meeting doesn’t show up on Pay-Per-Meeting?
You only pay for meetings where the prospect successfully completes a call or meeting with you. If a prospect no-shows, reschedules and doesn’t attend, or proves to be clearly outside your ICP after the call, we will not charge for that meeting. Quality over quantity is the entire point of the pay-per-meeting model.
08 Can I see the prospect lists and email accounts before launch?
Absolutely. You review and approve both the prospect list and email copy before any outreach begins. You also get full access to the outreach dashboard throughout the campaign — so you can see who’s being contacted, what messages are going out, and how conversations are progressing in real time.
